Where are we based?
Our operating office is based in Washington, D.C. United States

Where do we shipping our product? 
Our U.S. warehouse are located in Maryland, Indiana, South Dakota. Our international warehouse includes China and Taiwan. Please expect our items to be shipped separately from different warehouses.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
For defects, we offer full amount store credit. For regular returns, we will charge 15% restocking fee and refund the rest amount by store credit. For exchanges, we will issue equal amount of store credit for the exchanged item.

Where do we ship to?
Almost anywhere USPS can reach. 

How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing time is about 1-7 business days before shipments. For deliveries to the U.S., it can take up to 3 to 10 business day. Deliveries to other countries outside of the U.S. can take up to 2 to 6 weeks depending on your location. Please message us on Facebook for a more specific item arrival date.

I am missing some of the items in my order, what is going on?
Our items are shipped separately depending on your order. If you order contains from items from three warehouses, it will be three shipments. The rest of the shipment will arrive shortly.

Will there be Custom Fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How do I ensure my order arrives before a special date?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday/birthday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Can I cancel my order or modify my address?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
